Accommodations
Price of package includes: lodging; tour guide; support and chase vehicle; breakfast lunch and dinner from a full menu; tee shirt; safety glasses; gratuities and taxes.Transportation will be provided to and from dinner. Each tour will run with a minimum of eight (8) motorcycles and is limited to no more than twelve (12) motorcycles.
Not included: motorcycles; gas; snacks; alcoholic beverages or personal items. No refunds will be made for any missed meals or lodging.

Payment Terms
A deposit of four hundred dollars ($400.00) is required to secure your reservation.
The balance of payment is due no later that sixty (60) days prior to scheduled departure.

Notice of Cancellation by Tour Participant-Refunds
HD BIKR Motorcycle Tours, Inc., must receive Notice of Cancellation in writing, by Certified Mail Return Receipt Requested, at least sixty (60) days prior to your departure date. Upon receipt of Notice of Cancellation, your deposit will be returned, less a one hundred dollar ($100.00) per person administrative fee.
A Notice of Cancellation received less than sixty (60) days prior to departure date is non-refundable unless another party fills your reservation.

Notice of Cancellation by HD BIKR Motorcycle Tours-Refunds
HD BIKR Motorcycle Tours, Inc., reserves the right to cancel any tour at any time.
In the event of cancellation, all registrants will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

Tour Requirements
All riders must provide to HD BIKR Motorcycle Tours, Inc., proof of a valid motorcycle license, insurance and current registration.

Consumption of Alcohol, Narcotics and/or Other Drugs
Consumption of alcohol, narcotics and/or other drugs is prohibited throughout the tour day. Anyone found to have consumed alcohol, narcotics and/or other drugs immediately before or during the tour day will be excluded from participating in the remainder of the tour and no refund will be made for the remainder of the tour.

Refusal-Rejection-Exclusion
HD BIKR Motorcycle Tours, Inc., reserves the right to reject or refuse any registrant and/or participant. HD BIKR Motorcycle Tours, Inc., further reserves the right to exclude any participant from the remainder of the tour if found to pose a threat and/or danger to themselves and/or other tour participants. No refund will be made under these circumstances.

Trip Cancellation Insurance
HD BIKR Motorcycle Tours, Inc., recommends that each registrant obtain trip cancellation insurance in the event that the registrant is unable to attend the scheduled tour.
